Product Shipping and Returns and Refunds Policy
Delivery:
Delivery usually takes 24-72 hours from order acceptance.
For shipments outside Bulgaria, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, all import customs fees are paid by the recipient.
Return and exchange:
All returns must be made no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products by emailing byjackline@gmail.com.
We will provide you with a return address.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. Once we have received the goods, we will confirm by email.
How long does it usually take to get a refund for the items I return?
Immediately after the returned shipment arrives at us and is checked, within 14 days a notification is issued about the amount and an inquiry about the payment method you have chosen for the relevant order. As a result, the amount will be refunded to you.
Is it possible to directly exchange a returned or already received item?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible for a returned or received item. Immediately after your returned item arrives back at us and is inspected, a credit note is issued based on the payment method you specified. After that, you will be refunded in full. You can simply order the item again.
What should I do if the item is damaged in transit?
If an item delivered by us is for any reason not in good condition, of course you can return the item to us at our expense by attaching the return document to the package and affixing the return label to it. Immediately after the item arrives back to us and is inspected, a credit note is issued based on the payment method you have specified. If you decide, you can order the item again.
